Hi Wayne

Welcome to the forum !

I prefer G-Clamps for jigs, simple and effective

Hi Wayne,

Welcome to the forum.

As NSK says G clamps but they are a PITA. I'm (still) thinking about getting the Festool jig just for the clamping

Hi Wayne,
Welcome to the forumThumbUp

I use the long throat F clamp, can't remember the name but they are German.
Beeasy do good clamps at a cost, Axminster do there copies but the ones I looked at recently had no plastic shim to protect the top.

Hi Wayne

Welcome.

I still use Wolfcraft clamps for most applications, my favourite by far.

I use the festool jig with the clamping system, and its amazing, but you have to buy SET 2 its a must for female cuts. @ PJK buy one......its really good.ThumbUp

Do'oh I'd talked myself out of one and was going to go for a 10mm and 23mm jig. Oh the decisions Cry

I bought the 10/23mm jig and used it for the first time last week on the 10mm holes

have to say, I doubt I will go back to 23mm now.. its looks so much better at 10mm.

RE: Hi everyone - snezza - 02-05-2013

Since I purchased my 10mm/23mm jig, I have not used the 23mm setting on any tops. The 10mm setting just looks so much neater.

Snezza.

I agree with this, i asked on here a year ago what was the point of the 10mm offset, now i've got a 10mm offset jig i don't use anything elseThumbUp
