Handle-less Kitchen! - snezza - 05-12-2012 Finally finished this one today, seems to have taken ages to fit, but there was a LOAD of preparation to do! Not a large room, but they wanted all the appliances imaginable. Kitchen is Ultima and the doors are Multiwood Cream (Wexford.....I think!) Int. W/M, Int.D/W, Int.T/D, Int.Tall Fridge,Int.Tall Freezer,2 Pyro Ovens, Combi Oven, Drinking Water Tap, Quooker Tap, Flip-Down TV,Twin Flex Induction Hob. I,ve got a few more photos to come, but the battery ran out on my camera after 4 snaps. Got to go back at the end of the week to power up the Electric U/Floor heating that I've put in. Will post more then. RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - marc1106 - 05-12-2012 Looks nice snezz, can't believe how popular the handless ranges are ATM, I've sold more of them this year than anything else, nightmare trying to design them without fillers as that ruins the lines of the Jpull handle! with the colours allowing mix and match to it seems that this handless thing could run and run! do you supply curve units in your handless range too? Ignore that last "curve" comment, my eyes aren't working properly RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - snezza - 05-12-2012 I use doors to make up corner posts and Faced fillers. This kitchen had gloss showpanels on all exposed ends, hence the intermediate panels either side of the hob base. It then lines up with the wall unit run coz of the plant on ends either side of the hood. Forgot to say, the Worktops are Black Starlight Quartz with matching floor tiles. And another one of Daniel's favourite Glass Splash-Backs.........!!!! Also, I'm not keen on the combi positioned that low down, but that is what the client wanted. Snezza. PS. Can anyone spot the odd thing about the curved wall unit door.......? RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - Claydon Lad - 05-12-2012 Very nice Snezza, - I agree these are getting very popular. I've got something similar to do like that next year. Had a kitchen with a granite floor done like that . It was a mate of mine. It looked great, but after a while he was saying it was a pig to try and keep clean. I'm sure the owners will find a better place for their spice rack though eh RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - PREM - 05-12-2012 customers cant see lines like we do, it does spoil the draw run. like the curve bulge in the top that spice rack will look good screwed to the wall..................in the garage RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - Claydon Lad - 05-12-2012 Snap! RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - PREM - 05-12-2012 just beat me claydon tell your mate to get the E cloth. RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - snezza - 05-12-2012 (05-12-2012, 08:42 PM)PREM Wrote: just beat me claydon Thats exactly what i used to polish up that floor before I took the pics!!! I had a joke with the client about that spice rack!!!!!!!!!! He said he had had it since he was young, free and single and that he was "Very attached to it". His wife, however would be happy to out it I tried to hide the thing by removing it from the worktops before the pics.........trust you lot to spot it Snezza. RE: Another Handle-less Kitchen! - Colour Republic - 05-12-2012 720 high corner instead of 900 like the rest so it doesn't hit the coving ;) Some ranges do an internal and external corner fillet. Fitting a handless white gloss as I type but sadly got to make up the corner filler for the one, going to attempt to mitre it so the j goes all the way to the back... Lets hope the ts50 doesn't slip! |
