Solid surface/Mistral & all others - Rhuneboy - 01-10-2012 Hi All, just joined, so need a friendly hand to guide me! I have lots of solid surface related experience, so am willing to advise/answer any questions RE: Solid surface/Mistral & all others - PJK - 01-10-2012 (01-10-2012, 08:39 PM)Rhuneboy Wrote: Hi All, just joined, so need a friendly hand to guide me! Welcome Rhuneboy, I don't fit much solid surface (don't like it so don't push it) but it would help if you could let us know what exactly you would like to know? Also a bit about your background would be good. Are you a fitter? RE: Solid surface/Mistral & all others - Daniel - 01-10-2012 Welcome Rhuneboy, good to have someone with specific experience of a particular product. Whenever I have done a solid surface in the past I have always used Corian. I don't often suggest it to Clints though, what are the differences between all the solid surfaces brands then. Have you had particularly good or bad experiences with any one brand ? Daniel RE: Solid surface/Mistral & all others - Fitter Steve - 01-10-2012 Is there one product which is a lot better than the rest. Ive been fitting a few Mistral recently and a couple of customers have had problems with scratches, dark worktops. Does this happen with all of them or is Mistral more prone to scratches than others? Cheers Just realised Ive asked pretty much the same question as Daniel |
