Hiya - kitchens4fitting - 01-10-2012

Hi guys,

I've just moved into the Huddersfield area from Sussex and having to start again after some problems with a business partner.

Anyone local with some contacts would be very much appreciated.

Cheers,
Eddie

Hi Eddie,

Welcome, your not too far from me I'm sheffield. What contacts do you need?
Most of my suppliers are national.

Why did you have to move so far? Your old business partner must be scary

Hi,
Could do with some contacts to get some work, so any help would be great. I've been in kitchens for 26 years as a fitter.

My business partner dumped on me from a very great height losing our showroom and in the process my house.
I've moved up here with my wife and family as she is from here and we are living with her parents until we get ourselves sorted.

Cheers,
Eddie

Welcome Eddie,

I would have thought you are going to find the market very different between the two areas ...... best of luck though, sounds like you might need it after your last partner.

Yes, really sorry to hear of your troubles mate.

I have my own company and most work comes from word of mouth so I can't imagine what it's like for you to have to move so far away.

Have you hit the independents and the local sheds? I know these can be hard to get into but call in every now and then.
