Hi all,
Same as usual newbie intro ..... been lurking for a couple of weeks and looks like an intresting place to join.
I have been designing and importing Kitchens from Italy for 6 years now and I'm now completely obsessed - in a none wierd way - with kitchen design and now furniture design.
I use to join my fitter installing them for the first few years but now I just design kitchens and contract out most elements of a fit.
Looking forward to joining the community and sharing and recieving knowledge.
Off now to post some images of our latest kitchen just completed

What make are the Italian kitchens that you are importing?

Oh right, I have just uploaded some pictures to the forums photobox album.....so I cannot start a thread with a link to this yet ??
I import from a company called Record Cucine ..... a very good quality mid-range kitchen manufacturer based in Venice. They produce around 500 kitchens a month and have a pretty large catalogue - most importantly they will produce more or less anything we want which is great from a designers point of view.

I have,nt had any experience with Italian kitchens Daniel ( other than fitting a couple about 4 yrs ago).
I mainly import my kitchens fron Germany.
You will find quite a mix and variety of kitchens discussed here. Everyone has there own opinion of what is the best, but thats what makes the discussions more interesting.
