i stumbled across this website earlier it made me laugh but what was more funny is you learn to be a kitchen fitter from just reading a book some of you may have seen this i spose my carpentry apprentiship was a waste of time and i should have just bought this cd rom.LOL

Think I saw this a couple of years ago and may have posted something here about it.

The bloke is clearly a dick and I would love to see some of the work the readers of his "manual" have produced. LOL

Stretch, I wonder how many "Fitters" have actually brought the package and then gone out looking for work?

If some "Fitter" walked into my shop saying he had learnt how to fit kitchens by buying and reading this book/CD, I"d laugh out loud!!!!!

As you say, what will the standard of work look like?

If anyone is looking for a course i can offer a 2 day intensive course for £499

You will learn

Day 1- the basics

loading the van
unloading the van
carrying the tools
removing the old kitchen
making tea
loading the skip
carrying the new units to the kitchen
unwrapping the units

Day 2 -intermediate

loading the van
unloading the van
carrying the tools
making tea
fitting the feet onto the units
packing away the tools

You will then receive a certificate to show you have completed the course

if at this stage you feel you would like to learn more you can then book the advanced course at £999 this will include informing the customer about the problems we have found and the extra cost. Dealing with the kitchen supplier to get all the missing parts ordered and much more
