In-column fridge under counter ventilation - Guest - 27-03-2011 Hello everyone I have a fitted kitchen with an extra-high worktop (885mm clearance). I want to fit an integrated fridge but I don't like the inaccessible drop-in salad-boxes that they have due to the front ventilation. I would like to fit an 875mm height in-column fridge standing on the floor. Normally these have 200cm2 air vents at the base and top of the cabinet. I can fit a vent grille at the back of the worktop, and one at the bottom of the panel at the side of the fridge. There will be about 45mm gap between the panel and the fridge. I could also raise the fridge by 10mm to give a little ventilation underneath. Do you think this will provide enough ventilation? Will there be any other problems? I'd be very grateful for any advice. RE: In-column fridge under counter ventilation - PJK - 27-03-2011 Sorry but there is no chance of this working, (and looking ok) you would have to have the plinth opening with the door. Spend a little EDTA and get the neff built under, they have a shelf onto of the salad crisper that sliders out.
