Lovely job mate, but we've come to expect nothing less from you these days.
Considering this is two years on I'm amazed that anyone can keep a kitchen and utility room that presentable unless they knew you were coming and tidied up for you.
Did you remember to take your hat before you left?

They didnt know I was turning up....I was nearby on another measure up, so thought I'd pop by on my way home. Lovely people and the complete house is top notch and immaculately tidy.......Apart from his Panama sun hat that just happened to be on the worktop in the Utility when I took the pictures.
