Cracking looking job again mate. Looks fantastic.

Could you not order an extra couple of the doors from the 900 x 900 for the corner posts as the handle doesn't go to the end. You'll have the problem of finishing the cut end though so it's not a perfect solution.

I think the answer is going to be to miter them PJ. I have got a few sections of spare doors left from the job, so I'll set up my TS75 at the weekend and give it a try. My concern is how good the cut will be as I will have to cut the door face side down or use the offcut from the "waste" side of the blade.

Def. face down mate. I mitred the corner post on the last kitchen I did. Went well but it was only a vinyl. It's easy on a scrap peice or if you have spare. You'll have to get your balls ready for the real thing ROFL30h

What's the chances. Had to mitre a corner post today. Watch the back edge after the cut it'll be like a razor ROFL30h

It's a pain to cut handless gloss downs I find. As they are painted you get alot fo microchips.

I've tried scribe cutting first, cutting face up, down and not had much joy. If anyone has a way then speak up (:

Its quite easy to make the corner fillers from the doors. I screwed through a blank panel into the back of the door, this gives you a large area to rest the guide rail even when you only have 50mm of panel being used. Found the ts55 cut it really well despite it being near the limit of thickness overall. In fact its possible i had to use an 8mm panel to screw it to, memory fails me!

Sounds like it's going to be easier to cut it on my old faithfull TGS 173 Flip-saw........ROFL30h And a lot safer PJ eh?!!!!! Hows the hand mate?

The gloss finish does tend to chip quite easily, I agree. I reckon it's down to the hardness of the finish, quite brittle!

I'm gonna have a play on Saturday and try and cut a few bits when I'm in my workshop.

Snezza.

I've tried with PWS remo doors and B&Q appleby ones and both microchipped with the festool blade in my plunge saw.

Ended up using a router but thats making hard work to mitre them. .
