Thanks Dave, Its always good to hear positive feed back for Rapid edge.

Rasta, I just recommend using on laminate, When ironing the acrylic it sometimes melts the acrylic I have got round it by using a cloth but I don't recommend it.

Cheers

Hi Guys and welcome Dale ThumbUp

Just to confirm Happy, as Dale put at the beginning of the thread we've chatted a few times over the last few weeks Phone30h and I've found him to be a really genuine bloke.Happy I can't profess to have tried his product, but have to say if it does what it says on the tin it's gotta be a no brainer surely? Definitely looks brilliant in the video.

Guys what about volunteering to try some freebies? (assuming Dales cool with that?) - be great feedback for him and if they work out a result product for everyone to know about. Happy i like win/win Happy

yes free sounds better than the two i have just boughtThumbUp

trying it today actually so i will report back tonight.

RE: New member - Fitter Steve - 16-07-2014

Ive tried it today for the first time and really like it. Gets edging done a whole lot quicker and with no mess. Its also good for small bits of edging like next to a larder of upstands.
Im always up for a freebie if your happy to send ur freebies to people who have already purchased ThumbUpThumbUp

+1 with steve.

Quicker and easier that any other method, i will keep a bottle of contact in the van just incase i run out of the tape.

Just my luck, getting into the end of my working life and I'm doing less laminates and more solids. Could have done with this tape 30 years ago, when every job was laminateAngry

Hi Dale,

I'm always willing to give a new product a go.....!!!! ThumbUp

I've got a job to do next week with a few 40mm laminate edgings to go on, and its got some 20mm laminate upstands on the job as well, so should give it a fair workout.

I'd be more than willing to give Rapid Edge a review based on my findings.

Snezza.
