Considering how much the Big Orange Fella has been giving me a hard time, I really ought to be burning them shirts..... I hope he's got a new supply with him in December at the party coz mine have all faded. I do wear them a lot though coz I know how much you guys like to see them in my pictures... ThumbUp

My stone guy rang me twice after his fitters had been and done the template, checking to see if this was exactly how the Client wanted the edge profile. The Client had actually made a mock-up in MDF of the shape/profile of the edging he wanted. He is very happy with the finished job.

You know what I like that edge detail so much I'm going to use it .... thanks  ThumbUp

Cheers Daniel  ThumbUp

If I remember correctly, the square edge was about 12mm and then the facet was angled back leaving about 15mm flat edge on the underside. The Client is going to get his electrician to fit an LED ribbon on that underside to illuminate the Linear handle.

My stone guy had'nt done one exactly like this before, but agreed that it would make the front edge a bit more durable compared with a standard Sharks Nose. When I originally designed this kitchen layout, I remembered what you had said about the Sharks Nose edge and the return panels with the Linear handle. It's certainly not a cheap option, but the finish certainly looks so much better with it.
