Last year I made doors for a customer out of birch ply and had them sprayed. They felt that birch ply was a bit more natural / eco friendly than mdf - wonder if that could be a marketing avenue for you too?

Hmm this could be very interesting. I wonder how customers are going to think of it. Do you know what the price point might look like yet?
